ABOUT JESUS CHRIST AND SALVATION
As a person believes that Jesus Christ is their Lord and savior (John 3:16), repents of sin (Acts 3:19), confesses faith in Christ (Matthew 10:32-33) and submits to baptism “into Christ” (Romans 6:3), the guilt of all of their sins will be cleansed by the blood that our Lord shed on the cross (Acts 22:16; Hebrews 9:27-28).
As one who has been born again spiritually (John 3:3, 5), a person can then begin to live their new life in faithfulness to God (Revelation 2:10).
ABOUT THE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD
The Bible is our only authority as to what we believe, teach and practice doctrinally (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
ABOUT GATHERING TOGETHER
We gather together weekly:
on the first day of every week to Worship Jehovah (Acts 20:7),
study and teach God’s word (2 Timothy 4:2),
sing praises to His name Jehovah (Ephesians 5:19; Colossians 3:16),
petition Him in prayer (1Timothy 2:1; James 5:13, 16) and;
give back to Him from the financial blessings with which He has blessed us individually (1 Corinthians 16:2).
ABOUT OUR MISSION
Our mission is to reach out to people in the Aflao area, across the country Ghana and around the world with the saving message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We hate to accuse others because that is not God’ plan for the world (John 3:17). We want to help as many people as possible learn that there is forgiveness and salvation “in Christ” (Romans 8:1).
Our aim is to speak where the Bible speaks and remain silent where the Bible is silent.
